Work Overview

As a Senior Associate – Client Servicing you will manage key client relationships and oversee end-to-end execution of events and brand experiences. This role serves as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, quality delivery, and long-term partnership growth.

 Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for premium and long-standing clients

* Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results

* Lead client servicing teams across corporate, social, and large-scale events

* Translate client briefs into clear strategies and actionable plans for internal teams

* Oversee end-to-end event lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met

* Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver impactful experiences

* Lead client presentations, proposals, and pitch meetings

* Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

* Handle client escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking

* Mentor and develop junior client servicing team members

 What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or event management

* Proven experience managing large accounts and senior-level stakeholders

* Strong understanding of corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and experiential marketing

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset

* Willingness to work flexible hours as required by event schedules

* Candidate must be based in Hyderabad
