About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in IT services, Agile delivery, and domain exposure in GST. The role involves requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and close collaboration with delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and requirement clarification

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, demos)

• Manage and track requirements using Jira

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management

• Provide domain expertise in GST processes and compliance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Services Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on Jira experience

• Domain exposure in GST and/or BFSI (preferred)

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
