About the Role

We are hiring for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst role for one of our leading global clients in the data and analytics space.

This role focuses on driving high-impact reporting and analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights for business and leadership teams. The role operates within a governed vendor data ecosystem, ensuring that vendor headcount and spend data is accurate, standardized, and decision-ready.

You will play a critical role in enabling executive leadership with real-time, data-driven insights and will act as a key expert in translating complex business questions into scalable, automated reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage modern BI tools and Generative AI to optimize and enhance analytics workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced reporting and analytics solutions
• Develop dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and Looker
• Perform data transformation, validation, and standardization
• Analyze vendor spend and headcount data to identify trends and insights
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate data cleanup and recurring workflows
• Convert manual reporting processes into scalable and repeatable solutions
• Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business and leadership requirements
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Maintain reporting documentation, business logic, and data definitions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analyst / BI Analyst / Strategic Analyst roles
• Strong experience in reporting & dashboard development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot, data models)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Looker / Excel reporting)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• SQL for data querying
• Exposure to AI tools for analytics
• Experience working with global teams
