About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team based in our head offices in India, Pune. This role will be working directly with the Hubtech team and reports to the HubTech Manager for India.

Responsibilities

• Taking parts in a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with other designers, manufacturing engineers, coders, testers and quality assurances.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Taking care of project management with clear objectives and deliverables, and efficiently handling changes that might arise during development.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and safety.
• Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required for each project.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma in engineering in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering from reputed College.
• Master Degree will have an added advantage.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in engineering, preferably with structural calculations projects.
• Good skills in software of structural calculations as Staad, Dlubal and Dyamond.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting across different services.
• Fluent English speaking.
• Ability to form relationships outside of engineering.
• Positive, organized leader able to collaborate and influence others.

• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Advanced calculation and trigonometry skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Serve as a mentor to create teams to help them grow.
