Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee and manage building construction projects, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and supervising construction activities, managing resources and timelines, and coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Civil Engineering Design and working as a Civil Engineer
- Having 3+ years of experience in residential projects
- Strong experience in project planning and coordination for construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and solutions
- In-depth understanding of Civil Engineering concepts and practices
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Relevant certifications or licenses in Civil Engineering are desirable
- Prior experience in residential and commercial building projects is preferred
