Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive site engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate between contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, on-site experience, and the ability to handle execution efficiently. We will only accept candidates based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and construction activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Assist in quantity surveying and material reconciliation
• Verify and certify contractor bills as per work completed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 8–20 years of experience in construction/site execution (real estate preferred)
• Experience in residential/redevelopment projects is an added advantage

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Excel / Project tracking tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

• The candidate should be based out of Mumbai.

Compensation:

• 6 to 8 Lakhs per annum
