Job Description – Civil Site Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Project: Ground Mounted Solar PV Project

Experience: 4–7 Years (Mandatory)

Location: Satana, Nashik, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute site layout and marking as per approved GA drawings, foundation drawings, and layout plans.
• Plan and implement daily and weekly site activities in alignment with the approved project schedule.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to management.
• Prepare as-built drawings and support project handover documentation.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of land surveying and site layout execution.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Verify client documents and prepare accurate technical reports.
• Supervise and execute civil works including pile foundations, RCC works, pedestals, and structural foundations.
• Manage excavation, concreting, grouting, and other site activities as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, store teams, and internal project stakeholders.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain proper site documentation.
• Identify civil execution issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory experience in ground-mounted solar PV project civil works.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety practices.
• Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
