Senior Consultant & Market Researcher

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in the consultancy industry or in market research or innovation department, meeting the following requirements:

• BA or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Market Research, Economy or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience in User and Market Research, especially within the Healthcare sector.
• Capacity to lead and moderate focus groups, workshops and interacting with the key stakeholders within the healthcare sector (HCP, patients, hospital managers, etc.).
• Experience developing strategic plans, analysing available business data to impact solution design.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Experience leading teams and good team player.
• Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency), English (Professional Level) and Catalan (Conversational level). Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

What will you do?

You will work with a multidisciplinary team:

• Participating in different projects ongoing in different stages.
• Developing market research analysis and frameworks.
• Analysing trends and the latest news on the market.
• Conducting workshops and focus groups.
• Defining new solutions and strategies to be implemented.
• Training and assessing other professionals within the field of innovation.
• Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, marketing plan, human resources, etc.
