Senior Consultant

We are seeking Yardi Consultants with a strong blend of technical proficiency and real estate accounting expertise. This role will be responsible for developing custom reports using YSR SQL or SQL scripting, with a deep understanding of Yardi’s data structure and real estate accounting principles. Acting as a key liaison between the accounting and technical teams, the consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our cloud modernization efforts. This includes enhancing real estate accounting reporting capabilities and ensuring that system functionalities align with evolving business requirements and industry accounting standards.

• Strong understanding of Yardi data structure and Voyager modules
• Skilled in building custom reports using YSR SQL and custom SQL scripting
• Familiar with custom tables, attributes, workflows, and report configuration tools
• Solid knowledge of real estate operations and accounting principles
• Familiar with financial statements, reports for real estate portfolio.
• Provide user training and support on Yardi features; develop user guides and best practices
• Collaborate with accounting and Technical teams to optimize system use and reporting
• Translate accounting requirements into Yardi system configurations and custom reports
