Senior Creative Strategist – Copy (Schbang | Bengaluru | On-site)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter / Creative Strategist who can lead digital-first thinking , craft strong campaign narratives , and drive high-impact creative across platforms . This role demands someone who can own ideas end-to-end —from insight to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization of integrated, digital-first campaigns
• Develop big campaign ideas, storytelling frameworks, and creative directions
• Write high-quality copy across social, digital, films (TVCs/DVCs), and branded content
• Script and supervise ad films, reels, and short-form video content
• Translate consumer insights, trends, and cultural moments into compelling ideas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, design, video, and account teams
• Present and pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior writers and contribute to raising overall creative quality

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and digital-first work
• Experience across Food & Beverage, FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion brands
• Proven ability to lead ideas, not just execute copy
• Strong understanding of content ecosystems—social, reels, films, and digital campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
