Senior Creative Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Designer specializing in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects, capable of independently driving design solutions from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking, the ability to interpret client requirements, and deliver innovative, functional workplace designs with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for corporate office projects
• Interpret and analyze RFPs to develop compelling and client-aligned design concepts
• Develop space planning layouts ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency
• Curate and finalize FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in line with design intent and client requirements
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams including project management, execution, and technical teams
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage directly with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into design solutions
• Work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualification:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
