About the job Senior Data Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Management Consultant to join our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consultancy and data analysis, with the ability to drive business improvements through data-driven insights. The first project is an Oracle Fusion implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data requirements gathering sessions with business and technical subject matter experts


• Perform comprehensive data analysis and develop data reports to support business decision-making


• Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations using PowerBI


• Execute root cause data analysis to identify and solve complex business problems


• Establish and monitor data quality metrics to ensure data integrity


• Ensure compliance with governance and program standards in all data-related activities


• Develop and implement data models and architecture to support business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in management consultancy with a focus on data management


• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis


• Extensive experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting


• In-depth knowledge of the DAMA (Data Management Association) framework or similar methodologies


• Proven ability to perform root cause data analysis and implement data quality metrics


• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Oracle EBS/OCF systems


• Experience in data modeling and data architecture development


• Familiarity with data governance best practices and industry standards


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations


• Excellent project management and organizational skills


• Adaptability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments


• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
