Someone with fresh perspective, strong taste, and the ability to turn ideas into pieces people actually want to live in. You should be equally comfortable sketching a new silhouette, obsessing over fabric, and guiding a team to bring it all together.

What You’ll Do

● Conceptualize and design collections that feel current, relevant, and distinctly Cava

● Translate ideas into wearable, well-constructed products - from first sketch to final sample

● Stay plugged into global trends, but filter them through a sharp, original lens

● Work closely with production and sourcing to ensure designs are both exciting and feasible

● Lead fittings, refine details, and push for quality in every piece

● Manage and mentor a small team, helping them grow while delivering strong output

● Bring newness - in design, thinking, and how we approach our collections

What We’re Looking For

● 5+years of experience, ideally in activewear or performance-driven fashion

● A strong design point of view (you know what works, and what doesn’t)

● Unparalleled trend spotting and forecasting skills

●Solid understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction

● Comfortable with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)

● Experience leading or managing a small team

● Great communication and collaborative energy

● Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and cares deeply about the final product

● Graduate from a top design institute (e.g. National Institute of Fashion Technology
