About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy within a rapidly growing green energy startup. In this key position, you will lead the finance team, drive financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.

As a Senior Finance Executive, you will spearhead the implementation of our inaugural ERP system and oversee the annual audit process. You will also manage FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations while developing robust internal controls and risk management strategies. Collaboration with both commercial and engineering teams is vital to creating scalable financial processes.

This role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to forge strong relationships with our CEO and Board of Directors. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience, ideally with a background in hardware manufacturing and ERP system implementation. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.

If you have experience in renewable energy, startup environments, project accounting, or a background in investment banking or Big 4 accounting, you will find those experiences particularly valued here. We are looking for someone who is passionate about process enhancement, has a keen attention to detail, and demonstrates strategic leadership capabilities. This position has the potential to evolve into a CFO role as our finance function expands.
