Senior Finance Executive

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Compliance professional to manage statutory compliances, financial controls, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong with timelines, documentation, and coordination with auditors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Handle payroll-related statutory deductions and reconciliations
• Maintain compliance calendars and track deadlines
• Support audits (statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits)
• Coordinate with CA/consultants and government authorities
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all filings
• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS
• Identify gaps and improve internal controls/processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance compliance/accounts
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll compliances, and statutory filings
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP tools
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
