Finance Manager - Spain & Portugal | Medical Devices We're supporting an international medical device company in the search for an experienced Finance Manager team management , oversight of external accounting and tax providers , operating under different accounting models in each country. Full ownership of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for Spain and Portugal Lead monthly and annual closings (local GAAP) and IFRS reporting to Group Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and corrective actions Act as a key finance partner to local leadership and Corporate Finance Lead and develop the local finance team Coordinate and supervise external accounting and tax providers Spain: hybrid model Portugal: fully outsourced Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and banking relationships Ensure compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination Strong background in finance, accounting, reporting, audit, and taxation (4-10 years experience) Proven experience managing external accounting and tax providers Strong knowledge of Spanish financial and tax regulations (Portugal experience a plus) Fluent in English and Spanish key finance leadership role
