Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join a leading luxury retail jewellery brand as a Senior Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities

• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

• Conduct financial and variance analysis to track business performance

• Prepare management reports, MIS, and financial insights for leadership

• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic improvements

• Partner with business teams to support financial planning and profitability

Requirements:

• Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory

• Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Prior experience with a retail or luxury retail brand preferred

• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
