Senior Finance Manager

Location: Bharuch (Dahej), Gujarat

Division: Plant Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Plant Head & Finance Controller (HO)

Yokohama-ATG is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead plant-level finance operations at our Dahej manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat.

Role Overview:

The incumbent will lead Finance, Accounts, Stores, and Poly Plant functions, ensuring strong financial governance, statutory compliance, cost control, and operational excellence aligned with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Timely monthly/quarterly/annual closures (Ind AS / IFRS)
• Product costing, margin analysis & cost optimization
• Corporate reporting & audit coordination

Compliance & Controls

• GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, SEZ/EOU compliance
• Strengthening internal controls & audit governance

Inventory & Costing

• RM, WIP, FG & stores accounting
• Inventory KPIs (turns, ageing, dead stock)
• ERP management (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Export Finance

• Export documentation, RoDTEP/MEIS/DBK incentives
• LC handling, forex & RBI compliance

Team Leadership

Lead and develop plant F&A & Stores team

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CA / CA Inter / ICWA / CMA
• 15–20 years of experience (Manufacturing industry preferred)
• Experience in Tire industry will be an added advantage
• Strong exposure to plant finance, costing & statutory compliance
• ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Strong leadership & analytical skills
