Senior Frontend Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Product Development team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll build high-performance, customer-facing applications for kiosk systems. You’ll help shape frontend architecture, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices across the team, focusing on technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain React/TypeScript applications using modern frameworks Architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems with performance and accessibility in mind Drive improvements in code quality, testing, and tooling Champion responsive design and performance optimisation Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD enhancements Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning Contribute to component-driven architecture and design system evolution Participate in production support and incident response What You’ll Bring Expert‑level knowledge of React, and modern JS Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Deep understanding of performance optimization and accessibility Experience with AWS, Docker, and advanced testing strategies Proven ability to mentor and influence technical decisions Agile delivery and continuous improvement mindset Experience with Node.js or Python Familiarity with Kubernetes or advanced AWS services Exposure to kiosk or POS hardware interfaces Accessibility (WCAG) compliance expertise Personal Qualities Strategic thinker with a bias for action Passionate about teaching and learning Collaborative and solution‑focused Ownership mindset and commitment to delivering customer value #J-18808-Ljbffr
