About the Role:Wilqo is building a next-generation Production Optimization Platform (PoP) to transform how mortgages are manufactured in the U.S. We are hiring an AI-augmented engineer who uses AI coding tools daily - and knows how to turn AI-generated code into production-grade systems. If you still write everything manually and avoid AI, this role is not for you. We are not looking for a traditional full stack developer.

This role is well-suited for a professional who has technical depth in the Microsoft stack, values quality, tak es ownership of outcomes, and communicates clearly in a collaborative environment.

Work Timing:1:30 p.m. IST - 10:30 p.m. IST(U.S. business hours overlap)
