What you will be doing:

• Strengthen cybersecurity risk management and governance, presenting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to key committees.


• Advise business units on security, compliance, and risk management while ensuring alignment with CAE standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.


• Collaborate across teams to address issues, improve processes, and maintain security policies and documentation.


• Conduct risk assessments on systems and applications.

What we are looking for:

• Senior compliance professionals within the defence, aerospace, and security industries.


• A strong grasp of military regulatory frameworks.


• Experience auditing and maintaining complex internal systems for compliance.


• The ability to interface with government and defence clients while ensuring all contractual obligations were met.


• Audit and governance expertise.
