About the Role

We are conducting a Face-to-Face Interview for skilled Kafka Administrators who can manage, monitor, and support enterprise‑scale Kafka environments. If you have hands‑on experience with Confluent Kafka and a passion for high‑availability distributed systems—this role is for you!

We are hiring Kafka Administrators (L2/L3) for onsite positions in CBD Belapur, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy & administer multi-node Kafka & Confluent clusters
• Manage Kafka Connect (Source & Sink connectors)
• Implement security (SSL/TLS, SASL, ACLs)
• Automate cluster ops using Ansible, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab)
• Monitor & optimize using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, C3
• Perform upgrades, patching & zero‑downtime migrations
• Provide 24/7 production support & incident resolution
• Manage Schema Registry, Zookeeper, Kafka logs
• Collaborate with DevOps on Docker, Kubernetes
• Work with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience with AWS services like MSK, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, EKS & OpenSearch

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 yrs (L2) | 6–12 yrs (L3)
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA

Required Skills

• Strong Kafka administration experience (Confluent preferred)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems
• Experience in production support operations
• Hands‑on automation & cloud exposure

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and services
