Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Base Salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE Licensed) to lead mechanical system design, engineering analysis, and project execution across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality project delivery while meeting regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical system design for HVAC, plumbing, piping, and energy systems.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage multi-disciplinary coordination with architects, electrical, and structural teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and commissioning support.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Support proposal development, technical documentation, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License – Mandatory.
• 8–20 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering design.
• Strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and engineering analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of energy modeling, sustainability standards, and commissioning.
• Client-facing experience and project leadership capability.
• All candidates exp must be directly tied to MEP design engineering for building construction documents.
• Must have Revit Experience.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
