Senior Product Manager (Cards)

About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of card and payments products within a global digital assets platform. This role focuses on building and expanding multi-market card programs and delivering seamless payment experiences for users across regions.This is a remote role (aligned to GMT+8) within a cross-functional, global product team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product ownership for card and payments products (strategy, roadmap, delivery, and optimisation)Drive multi-market card programme launches, including coordination across stakeholders and regionsManage the full card lifecycle, including issuance, transactions, settlements, rewards, and disputesWork closely with engineering and business teams to integrate partner APIs (issuers, processors, fintech partners)Ensure product compliance with relevant payment regulations and industry standardsMonitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data and user feedbackCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support product scaling across marketsRequirementsProven experience in card products, payments, issuing, or fintech product managementExperience delivering end-to-end product launches, ideally across multiple marketsStrong understanding of card payment flows, processing, and lifecycle managementFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments or financial servicesExperience working with APIs and cross-functional technical teamsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, distributed/global teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExposure to 0→1 product development in fintech or paymentsExperience in high-scale or cross-border payment systemsBackground in digital assets, fintech, or platform-based businesses
