Manage transformational call centre projects as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee vendor-led implementations while ensuring compliance, effective governance, and alignment with stakeholder objectives. In this hybrid/remote position, you will play a crucial role in delivering a new call centre service.
Your responsibilities include collaborating with internal clients, refining project scopes, and validating vendor deliverables. With strong communication and advisory skills, you will provide governance and issue management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
