Senior Recruiter – Finance & Accounting
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 4 days from office)
Experience: 6+ years
Note: This is a contract role on third-party payroll
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact recruiter with strong expertise in Finance & Accounting hiring , who can operate with speed, ownership, and precision in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be primarily focused (~80%) on Finance & Accounting hiring , with exposure to select roles across other business functions (~20%) , offering broader hiring experience and business visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent
- Lead hiring across core Finance & Accounting roles , including:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Corporate Accounting / GL
- Finance Operations / Reporting
- Build strong pipelines and manage both volume and niche hiring mandates
- Evaluate candidates on functional expertise, problem-solving, and stakeholder capability
- Drive sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
- Ensure strong closure rates, candidate experience, and hiring SLAs
- Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to stakeholders
✅ What You Bring (Core Strength Area)
- Deep experience in Finance & Accounting hiring (6+ years)
- Strong track record in closing roles across:
- AP / AR / GL / Corporate Accounting
- Solid understanding of finance fundamentals (P&L, reconciliations, cashflows, reporting)
- Ability to assess candidate depth beyond resumes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience working in GCCs / global hiring environments
What Sets You Apart

- Strong sourcing and closing capability
- Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
➕ Good to Have
- Exposure to real estate / Yardi / FP&A / I&AM hiring
- Familiarity with tools like ERP systems, PowerBI, Excel-heavy roles
- Experience hiring beyond finance roles (added advantage)
