SUMMARY

As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, driving the full-cycle recruitment of highly specialized and leadership positions within the company. This role demands a proactive, strategic, and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of advanced recruitment techniques, a proven ability to build strong relationships with executive leadership, and a consistent track record of successfully attracting and hiring top-tier talent in a competitive market. You will be a key contributor to building a high-performing and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders to anticipate needs and workforce planning.
  • Identify an dimplement improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience. Help standardize the interview process and training to ensure hiring best practices are being followed throughout the organization.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics. Present insights and recommendations to leadership. Use the data to tell the story of the candidate experience, hiring trends, and influence strategic hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for executive, leadership, and highly specialized positions, including developing comprehensive recruitment strategies, employing cutting-edge sourcing methodologies, conducting rigorous candidate assessments, leading complex offer negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, utilizing a wide array of advanced recruitment channels such as executive search firms, targeted advertising campaigns, industry networking, social media recruitment, and proactive talent mapping.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with executive leadership, hiring managers, industry influencers, and external partners to gain a deep understanding of organizational needs, build a robust talent pipeline, and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, executive assessments, and comprehensive reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the company's values and long-term vision.
  • Utilize and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other recruitment technologies to manage the recruitment process efficiently, track key metrics, analyze data, and generate insightful recruitment reports for executive leadership.
  • Develop and promote a compelling employer brand to attract top talent, creating engaging content for executive audiences, representing the company at high-profile industry events, and leveraging thought leadership opportunities to position the company as a talent destination.
  • Provide expert consultation to executive leadership and hiring managers on recruitment best practices, executive search strategies, compensation packages, and talent market trends, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to talent acquisition.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards throughout the recruitment process.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience working in the property management or residential real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, CRM tools, and other advanced recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute highly effective sourcing strategies, utilizing a wide range of advanced recruitment channels, including executive search and direct sourcing.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, executive compensation, and best practices in talent acquisition.
