Whataburger - 12935 Albemarle Road - Responsibilities: Serving as a strategic HR partner to field leadership, strengthening relationships, and ensuring consistent HR support across assigned region.; Monitoring and analyzing HR trends, recommending solutions, and driving workplace improvements.; Supporting and communicating HR initiatives (benefits, compensation, bonus packages, engagement surveys, etc.) that drive culture and performance.; Ensuring the physical and psychological safety, security, and well-being of our Family Members throughout the assigned region.; Overseeing the talent needs of the region which include: internal talent identification and development, external talent acquisition, onboarding, bench planning and selection, and performance improvement plan guidance.
