Senior Risk Management Manager

A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy and provide credible challenges to first line businessesConduct periodic Risk Assessments and support the execution of the Risk Committee charter and ERM policiesCollaborate with stakeholders to establish and execute effective ERM strategies that align with business goalsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in enterprise-level risk governance, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experienceStrong preference for experience in risk domain, model risk management, and the COSO framework within financial technologyExperience in key risk areas such as fraud, compliance, credit, and operational riskDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management frameworksComprehensive knowledge of compliance and enterprise risk management best practices
