Role Description

The Choosy Investor is expanding, and we’re looking for a results-driven Senior Manager to lead our Bangalore team and drive high-value real estate transactions.


***Candidates with only Real Estate Experience will be considered***


This is a full-time on-site role in Kalyan Nagar, North Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Manager- Closing. The Senior Manager will:


1. Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives & Associate Managers

2. Drive monthly targets and high-value deal closures

3. Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from pitch to site visit to conversion

4. Personally manage key HNI clients and strategic relationships

5. Train and upskill the team on product knowledge, CRM, and client handling

6. Collaborate with top developer brands to stay ahead of the curve

7. Track performance metrics and ensure CRM hygiene & sales discipline


The role requires collaboration with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.


Ideal Candidate must have:

1. 2–6 years in real estate sales (Mandatory)

2. Strong understanding of Bangalore’s residential market

3. Proven track record in closing and exceeding targets

🕙10 AM – 7 PM | 6 days/week (Tuesday off)
