Overview Join to apply for the Senior Salesforce Developer role at Steadman Brown . Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across a greenfield environment. Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.

Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support. Implement and optimise the use of cutting-edge Salesforce features, including Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. Experience and Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations. Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and declarative configuration. Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud (advantageous but not essential).

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
