Senior Salesforce Developer – Hybrid (2 days per week in Manchester) | £70k - £75k (DOE) I’m working with a highly reputable organisation looking to bring in a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a small, collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in shaping how Salesforce is used across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decisions, and delivering smart, user-focused solutions rather than purely backend development. The Role You’ll act as the senior member of a 3-person Salesforce development team, taking ownership of solutions and working closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable outcomes.

The role is heavily focused on low-code/configuration, with increasing exposure to development as the platform evolves. What You’ll Be Doing Working closely with stakeholders to understand and shape requirements Challenging and refining business requests into workable Salesforce solutions Delivering solutions using flows, configuration, and dashboards Enhancing UI/UX and reporting across the platform Supporting integrations with other business systems Mentoring junior developers and acting as a technical sounding board Contributing to future initiatives, including AI within Salesforce Tech Environment Salesforce (core platform) Integrations with enterprise systems Exposure to Apex Strong focus on UI, reporting, and business usability What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ Salesforce experience Strong communication skills – confident working with and pushing back to stakeholders Experience with: Flows / low-code solutions Integrations Comfortable in a business-facing, functional-technical role If this role sounds like it might be a good fit, or you'd simply like to learn more, then please apply to this advert or reach out directly to t.oreilly@tech-ohana.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
