Senior Software Engineer - Gen Ai Applications

Role Overview

Join iQuanti’s Technology & AI (TAI) team to create GenAI-powered digital products that

revolutionize marketing performance and accelerate our AI-first transformation. As a

Senior Software Engineer, you’ll drive full-cycle development; from scalable backends to

intelligent AI integrations, delivering secure, high-impact solutions across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based (SaaS) applications.

• Develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities to enhance product functionality

and user experience.

• Implement efficient database models, optimize queries, and ensure data reliability.

• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and

security best practices.

• Contribute to design discussions, propose improvements, and guide junior

engineers

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Strong programming skills in backend languages, with at least 1 year of experience

in Python.

• Good understanding of database design, SQL, and query optimization.

• At least 1 year of experience building RESTful APIs or working in microservice-based

systems.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities with a focus on writing clean,

efficient code.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams.

What Will Help You Stand Out

• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); exposure to React.js

is a plus.

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts or tools such as OpenAI APIs, or frameworks

used for building LLM-powered applications.

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker/ECS, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CDK).

• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch or DataDog.

• Curiosity to learn new technologies and a drive to build scalable, high-quality

software.
