The ideal candidate will have understanding and some experience in both operations and engineering in areas that include, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), file integrity monitoring, as well as other security controls across a large hybrid environment.

As a member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and protection of our organization's endpoints against emerging threats while contributing to a secure and resilient IT infrastructure. Required: Bachelors degree, Certification(s) or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field(s). Minimum of 4+ years experience in endpoint security, implementation, and management of a large environment with a broad exposure to various operating systems and networks.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of endpoint security solutions, including but not limited to Anti-malware, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), XDR, Host Intrusion Detection/Prevention (HIDS/HIPS), and Host-Based Firewalls. Strong understanding of malware, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and outbreak containment strategies. Solid experience across multiple operating system platforms Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with others in a large cross functional environment. Preferred: Knowledge CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Trend Micro Vision One IPS or equivalent(s). Experience with Networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies.

Skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Knowledge or experience with SSO, Active Directory, Entra, SAML, and APIs. Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and indicators of compromise Experience with Service Now tickets, reports, and process development.

Experience working with Jira, Agile and Scrum methodologies Current related Information Security Certification (e.g. Security+, CISM, or other) Education and Certifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification Work location: Hyderabad, India.
