Wright Partners is growing! We are looking for Senior Venture Architects in Singapore to play a hands-on role in testing ideas, running pilots, and using AI to accelerate research and decision-making.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will focus on solving real problems by validating concepts in the market, conducting expert interviews, and executing pilots, turning AI-assisted research into real-world outcomes. Roles & ResponsibilitiesDrive the AI agenda and manage AI tools, identifying opportunities to accelerate research and produce summaries, presentations, and other deliverables.Conduct rapid, AI-assisted research to understand markets, competitors, and value chains, turning findings into actionable recommendations. Focus on market validation and pilot execution, including interviews with customers, industry experts, and stakeholders.Run pilot experiments and test prototypes to validate ideas and solutions in real-world settings.Analyze markets, cost structures, profit pools, and value chains to inform business models and go-to-market plans.Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them effectively, using AI outputs as input.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.Minimum 4 years of experience in research, experimentation, running pilots, or early-stage idea validationHands-on AI expert, skilled in using AI tools to tackle real problems and deliver impact in a fast-paced environmentExperience contributing to the validation and testing of new products, concepts, or experiments from idea to early execution.Hands-on experience running pilots, experiments, or AI-assisted research, using AI tools to test ideas, analyze data, and validate concepts.Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, commercial thinking, and business modeling.Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.Based in Singapore.
