We are seeking a frontline wealth leader** who combines **personal UHNI credibility** with the ability to **build, lead, and dominate a regional wealth franchise

The role demands someone who **owns a strong personal AUM**, commands respect from UHNI clients, and leads from the front as a true **playing captain**.

What You Will Own

* Personally manage and grow a **significant UHNI / large HNI AUM book**

* Lead the wealth management business for the region with full P&L mindset

* Act as the senior face of the organization for **top-tier clients and key influencers**

* Drive revenue, wallet share, and client longevity through high-touch advisory

* Build, mentor, and retain top-performing Relationship Managers

* Set the performance bar—execution, discipline, and client outcomes

* Ensure governance, risk, and compliance without compromising growth

Who This Is For

* Senior wealth professionals currently working with **Banks or Wealth Management firms only**

* Proven history of managing **large AUM** and **UHNI relationships**

* Demonstrated ability to **produce personally** while **leading teams**

* Strong market presence and credibility in the Ahmedabad UHNI ecosystem

* Comfortable being measured on **results, not designations**
