We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead and manage a large corporate team handling Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits (EB) portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise across multiple lines of business, strong leadership capabilities, and an existing client portfolio (book of business).

This role is critical in driving revenue growth, client retention, and team development.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with insurance brokers (mandatory)
• Proven experience handling commercial lines and employee benefits products
• Strong existing book of business / client relationships

• Strong understanding of corporate insurance solutions and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
