Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil)

Kottarakkara | Projects across Trivandrum – Kochi

Anomaly Design Studio is looking for a committed and field-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team.

We are a Kottarakkara-based architecture and engineering studio handling residential and commercial projects across Kerala. Our work extends from Trivandrum to Kochi, and we believe in strong coordination between design and execution.

This role is a hybrid position involving both office drafting and on-site supervision.

Role Responsibilities

At Office (Kottarakkara):

• Draft and modify drawings using AutoCAD
• Prepare working drawings
• Assist in BOQ and measurement documentation
• Coordinate with the design team

On Site (Across Kerala):

• Supervise daily construction activities
• Explain drawings clearly to workers and contractors
• Ensure work is executed as per design intent
• Monitor workmanship and quality
• Provide regular progress updates to the studio

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1–3 years of site experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of construction methods
• Ability to coordinate with labor teams independently
• Willingness to travel frequently between Trivandrum and Kochi

This is not a desk-only role. The candidate must be ready for active site movement and occasional site stays if required.
