About the Role

Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage repair and maintenance work at the project site.
• Inspect buildings/structures to identify repair and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for timely completion of work.
• Ensure work is carried out according to quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor daily site activities and maintain site reports.
• Estimate materials required for repair work and manage inventory.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Report work progress to the project manager or senior engineer.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety measures at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in repair and maintenance projects.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of construction materials and repair techniques.
• Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
