Role Description (Full-time, On-site)

Location:

a) Bardhaman district of West Bengal

b) Chandrapur district of Maharashtra

We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of awarded government tenders. The core focus of this role is supervising road construction, boundary wall construction, drainage systems and other civil structural works. You will be responsible for daily site planning, managing labor and machinery, ensuring strict compliance with government quality standards, and meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Proven on-site experience specifically in road construction or civil structural work.

Technical Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, record measurements (MB), and basic mensuration.

Software: Basic proficiency in MS Word, and MS Excel for site reporting.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team management, and ability to draft formal letters and communicate effectively with government executives and PSU officials, primarily in English.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum, negotiable based on site experience and technical proficiency.
