Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute civil works for a Greenfield project for our Client a Reputable Multispecality Hospital.The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, quality control, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Implement quality control and safety standards at site.
• Verify measurements, billing, and contractor invoices.
• Maintain site documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Greenfield construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Experience in hospital or institutional projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle project execution independently.
