Site Civil Engineer

We are hiring a Site Civil Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting on-site execution, supervision and coordination of civil works, ensuring activities progress as per drawings, schedule, quality and safety requirements, while working closely with senior engineers, subcontractors and client representatives.

Experience & Qualifications

• Work experience: not below 5 years, not above 7 years
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in industrial / infrastructure construction projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Prior experience as Site Engineer / Junior Engineer on industrial or sizeable civil construction projects
• Exposure to RCC works, foundations, industrial buildings, PEB structures, drains, internal roads and services
• Initial Location : Nagothane (Roha), Raigad, Maharashtra
• Subsequent Location: readiness to work PAN India
• Compensation Range: 5.5 to 7.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of civil construction activities as per drawings and approved specifications
• Day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and work fronts
• Monitoring progress, productivity and material usage at site
• Ensuring compliance with QA/QC, safety and housekeeping standards
• Preparation of DPRs, measurement records and site documentation
• Supporting billing engineers with quantity tracking and measurements
• Coordination with planning, procurement and QA/QC teams
• Assisting senior site leadership in managing multiple parallel activities
• Supporting coordination with client/PMC representatives at site

Skill Expectations

• Hands-on exposure to civil site execution activities
• Ability to manage subcontractors and workforce at site level
• Basic understanding of planning coordination and billing measurements
• Working knowledge of drawings and construction methodologies
• Clear communication with internal teams and reporting managers
• Discipline in documentation, reporting and record keeping
