What would You do:Creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of social media (especially for TikTok & Youtube)Handle end-to-end process: planning, shooting, talent, briefing video editorEnsuring that all aspects of the content align with the brand's monthly campaignAssisting the creative visual team for any inhouse content productionSupervise creatives vendor / professional photographer / videographer and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectiveUsing analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance daily, weekly, and monthly

What are We looking for:Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as Social Media Specialist or Content Creator for at least 1-2 years in a relevant industry.Good taste for content creation, have a good sense for developing good community content from ideation, briefing, producing, and delivering it on all community channels.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices, such as: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Able to analyze data and make decisions based on insights, have a "user-centric" mindset in designing content.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Software required: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
