Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Software Development Engineer Location: Redmond, WA - Remote Pay Range: $68.62 - $70.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k) Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each Typescript React Backend web development What's the Job? Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails. Develop and enhance front-end features utilizing React and TypeScript. Write efficient SQL queries for MySQL databases to support application needs. Debug, optimize, and deploy code rapidly while ensuring high quality standards. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define technical solutions. What's Needed? 10+ years of experience in software development roles. 5+ years experience as a lead software developer or co-founder of a development studio/agency. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and backend web development (Node.js, Golang, or Ruby on Rails). Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
