Software Engineer

Our client, a dynamic fintech provider enabling the alternative investment marketplace, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Ruby and React). This role offers the chance to work on feature development, enhancements, and defect resolution across enterprise SaaS platforms, collaborating closely with product management and participating in key stages of the software delivery lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Develop web applications using React for front end and Ruby on Rails for backend Engage in architecture reviews and technical design sessions Mentor junior engineers and promote sound system design and architecture practices Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings to track progress and address issues Conduct peer code reviews as part of the standard software development lifecycle Work closely with the Product Management team to detail requirements, review deliverables, and resolve issues from manual testing efforts Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience focused on enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions At least 2 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails development expertise Experience in both front and back-end test automation frameworks such as RSpec or Cucumber Technical leadership or management exposure is a plus Understanding of relational database concepts and best practices for data modeling Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS Comfortable working within Agile or Kanban methodologies Strong ability to work independently or collaboratively as project demands require Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical approach to software challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
