Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Annual Performance Bonus ~10% of base salary ($8,500–$11,000) Estimated Total Compensation $93,500–$121,000 (depending on performance) Start ASAP Interview Process 2 rounds 1st round via MS Teams; final round onsite About the Role Our client, an innovative engineering consultancy specializing in embedded, medical, IoT, and real‑time systems, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll design and develop complex software solutions alongside a small team of principal‑level software consultants, offering a unique opportunity to learn directly from industry veterans while contributing to diverse, impactful projects.
