Software Engineer in Test

THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY LEADERS. We are hiring a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) for Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS). This role is focused on automation-first testing , requiring strong coding ability and experience building scalable test solutions across UI and APIs.

What You Will Work On Build and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript Develop UI and API automated tests (Selenium/Cypress + REST) Ensure quality across functional, integration, and performance layers Collaborate closely with developers on test design and API validation Use AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage and efficiency Must-Have (Strict Filters) 3–5 years in SDET / QA Automation roles Strong JavaScript coding skills (able to write and debug scripts independently) Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress Solid experience in API testing (REST, Postman, or similar tools) Experience working in Agile environments Good to Have Experience building or contributing to automation frameworks Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for testing or coding Understanding of performance or integration testing About the Client Our client is a Fortune-ranked global technology leader , renowned for innovation and engineering excellence.
