Core teams you’ll help build: Product Engineering & Infrastructure AI Platform & Foundation Agent Application & Quality What You’ll Do Build the Agent’s Operating System: design and develop a platform that manages workflows, long‑term memory, and human feedback loops. Engineer the Data Engine: architect a lake‑house data and signal platform, build pipelines and ML serving systems for real‑time decision signals. Create World‑Class Tools for AI: develop secure Python sandbox, data manipulation, and API integration tools for agents.

Ship an Exceptional Product Experience: build customer‑facing chat UI and scalable serving infrastructure for 24/7 availability. Bring Models to Life: collaborate with data scientists on MLOps infrastructure to train, fine‑tune and deploy reasoning models. What You’ll Bring Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong proficiency in Python and a passion for clean, scalable code. Product‑mindfulness and a focus on delivering delightful user experiences. Systems‑level thinking and the ability to design for scalability, reliability, and extensibility.

Bonus Points Data Engineering: ETL/streaming pipelines, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or lake‑house architecture. Machine Learning: ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubernetes, serving systems). Agentic AI / LLMs: hands‑on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, or building RAG systems.
