They’ve already: Launched a live product Gained early commercial traction Partnered with recognised employers Secured funding to scale the platform Now they’re moving from MVP into a more robust, scalable architecture, and bringing in their first in-house engineer to help drive that transition. Why this role stands out This isn’t a typical junior engineering role. You’ll be: Working directly with the founders.

Collaborating closely with an external development partner. Exposed to real product, architectural and commercial decisions. You’ll see how a platform is actually built, scaled and evolved.

What you’ll be doing Helping evolve a platform from low-code into AWS-native architecture Working on integrations with external systems and APIs Supporting scalability as usage and customer demand grows Contributing to new product initiatives, including white-label solutions React / TypeScript Node.js AWS (They’re flexible on skills they care more about potential and mindset than ticking every box) What they’re looking for 1–2 years’ experience as a software engineer Someone comfortable working in an evolving, startup-style environment A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership Interest in growing into a more senior role as the business scales Why it’s worth considering First in-house engineering hire ( with senior support on architecture & coding ) Genuine ownership early in your career Direct access to founders and decision-making Opportunity to grow with the business as it scales Broad exposure across product, integrations and platform architecture Practical Stuff This is suited to someone early in their career who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility and play a visible role in building something from the ground up. #J-18808-Ljbffr
