Software Engineer

Role: Software Engineer Experience: 2–6 Years Location: Bangalore About the Company PineGap.ai is a data-driven firm building advanced AI-led products, focused on solving complex problems through technology and first-principles thinking. Role Overview We are looking for high-caliber Engineers to build and scale core products from the ground up. This role involves working on challenging problems, designing systems, and shipping high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and scale backend systems and APIs Work on end-to-end product development from scratch Collaborate with product and data teams to build impactful features Write clean, efficient, and scalable code Participate in system design and architecture decisions Continuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability Mandatory Requirements 2–6 years of software engineering experience Strong CS fundamentals (DSA, system design, problem-solving) Good college + CSE background Experience working at Series A/B startups or building products from scratch (0→1) Prior experience at high-growth startups or top tech companies Strong coding skills in one or more languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.) What We’re Looking For Builders with strong ownership mindset Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Passion for solving complex engineering problems
